No Trial Period Policy
The products we sell are specialized, high-performance equipment. Please note that the inspection period is not a "product trial period."
Inspection upon Delivery
Upon receiving your package, please immediately verify that the outer packaging and the product model are correct. Different products feature unique protective packaging (e.g., shrink wrap, transparent packaging, warranty seals). Please do not open or break these seals unless you are certain of your purchase.
Defective Products & Warranty Service
If a product covered under warranty exhibits a defect upon arrival or requires repair, it must be returned to the manufacturer or authorized supplier for official inspection. Post-sales service or replacements will be processed promptly once the evaluation is complete.
Return Policy & Depreciation Fees
Returned items must be in brand-new, unopened condition with all original packaging intact. If an item is opened or used and can no longer be resold as new, a depreciation/restocking fee will be charged:
1. Damaged or Incomplete Packaging: If the outer box is unsealed, damaged, or returned without its complete original packaging (including missing accessories or manuals), a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price will be applied.
2. Cosmetic Damage: If the product exhibits scratches, cracks, or any signs of physical wear and tear, a depreciation fee of 40% of the retail price will be applied.
